Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of Kingia Casino and apply to every registered player. By creating an account or making a deposit, players confirm they have read, understood and agreed to the conditions below in full.

Bonus Terms

Bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from the account if a player attempts to withdraw before wagering is complete, or if betting patterns indicate an attempt to abuse the offer, such as placing opposing bets across correlated markets or games. Kingia reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer at its discretion where abuse is suspected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed once identity verification is complete and any active wagering requirement has been cleared. Funds are returned using the same method used to deposit wherever possible. Kingia does not charge withdrawal fees, though a player's bank or payment provider may apply its own charges outside of Kingia's control.

Responsible Gambling Limits

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders from account settings at any time. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion requests, whether temporary or permanent, are honoured within the same working day and cannot be reversed early by the player alone.

Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting support. Kingia reserves the right to close or suspend an account found in breach of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or operating from a restricted jurisdiction. Any remaining withdrawable balance not connected to the breach will be returned to the player.

Changes to These Terms

Kingia may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes or operational updates. Material changes are communicated to registered players by email or an on-site notice ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which Kingia Casino holds its operating licence. Any dispute not resolved directly with support may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service.
